Alexandria governor’s decree 312 of 2025 classifies old-rent areas as distinguished, average or economic, in 9 districts and Borg El Arab.
In West District, the decree classifies the rest of the district, El Wardian, Nagaa El Arab, El Qabbari, Kafr Ashri, Kom El Shoqafa, Karmouz and Gheit El Enab among them, as economic zones. It names the district’s distinguished and average areas one by one; see the report for them.
