Parts of building No. 3 on El Qadi El Fadel Street in West District fell, injuring two passers-by, who were taken to El Gomhouria and Gamal Hammada hospitals.
A demolition order to ground level, No. 134 of 2019, had been issued for the building. The district fenced it off and began dealing with its dangerous parts.
